Putnam County is currently orange on the West Virginia Department of Education’s (WVDE) Saturday School Alert System Map. Putnam County Schools will continue to operate remotely Monday, December 14, 2020, through Friday, December 18, 2020. PCS families who opted for virtual learning will continue as planned.
As a reminder, free school meals will be provided for ALL PCS students. Daily pick-up times for meals will be from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm at each school. Families will pick-up meals at their students’ home school location. Families will be expected to stay in their car and pick-up meals by curbside pick-up only. If transportation is a problem, families may contact their home school to request meal delivery assistance.
